1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inspiration Index, including our website, AI-powered search, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Inspiration Index," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Inspiration Index, an unincorporated business operating out of Canada.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You may register using Google OAuth or an email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any team members you invite.

You must notify us immediately at legal@m.inspirationindex.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

The Service is available on the following plans:

• Free: Limited AI search access with a daily quota. No payment required.

• Individual: A monthly AI search quota for a single user, with a daily safety net and per-search overage pricing after the monthly quota is exhausted.

• Studio: A shared monthly AI search quota for small teams, with a shared daily safety net, multiple included seats, and the option to add additional seats. Per-search overage pricing applies after the monthly quota is exhausted.

• Max: The highest shared monthly AI search quota and daily safety net for agencies and power users. Unlimited seats. Per-search overage pricing applies after the monthly quota is exhausted.

Current pricing and quota details are published on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, and quotas with reasonable notice.

4.2 Billing Cycles

Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions are billed as a lump sum upfront and provide access for a full year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and authorize them to charge your payment method on our behalf. We do not store your payment card information.

4.4 AI Search Quotas, Safety Net & Overages

Each paid plan includes a monthly AI search quota that resets on your billing anniversary. Once your monthly quota is exhausted, a daily safety net activates — a smaller number of searches that resets each night at midnight in your local timezone and does not roll over. Once both your monthly quota and daily safety net are spent, additional searches are billed at the per-search overage rate for your plan. Overage charges are applied to your subscription via Lemon Squeezy.

4.5 Cancellation & No Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. All payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

5. AI-Powered Search

The Service includes an AI-powered search feature that uses vision and text embeddings to surface relevant design examples from our library. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI search results are provided as-is, for informational and inspirational purposes only. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of any result.

• Search quotas, safety nets, and overage rates vary by plan and are subject to change with notice.

• We may modify, limit, or discontinue AI search capabilities at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service without our prior written permission.

• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or manipulate search quotas, rate limits, or any other usage restrictions.

• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties outside of your permitted team seats.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service itself — including our curation, organization, metadata, tags, AI search infrastructure, and all screenshots and recordings generated by us — is the intellectual property of Inspiration Index. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7.2 Third-Party Designs

The website designs featured in our library belong to their respective owners and creators. Inspiration Index does not claim ownership of any third-party design or intellectual property. 7.3 Your Collections

You retain ownership of any collections or organizational structures you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your collections for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Team Accounts

Studio and Max plan subscribers may invite team members to share their subscription. The account owner is responsible for:

• Ensuring all invited team members comply with these Terms.

• All activity conducted by team members under the shared subscription.

• Managing seat additions and removals through the customer portal.

The shared monthly AI search quota and daily safety net are consumed collectively across all seats on the account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR SEARCH RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSPIRATION INDEX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
