1. What We Index

Inspiration Index is a design reference library covering real-world web design across five content types:

• Websites — the full site, used as the top-level grouping for all content below.

• Webpages — individual pages across 60+ page types (landing pages, pricing pages, about pages, contact pages, dashboards, onboarding flows, and more), captured on both desktop and mobile.

• Sections — distinct visual regions within a page (hero sections, feature grids, testimonials, footers, etc.).

• Components — individual UI elements identified within sections (buttons, cards, navigation items, form fields, etc.).

• Assets — specific design assets extracted from sections (icons, illustrations, images, etc.).

All content is sourced from publicly accessible websites.

2. How We Discover Content

Our team manually identifies websites for inclusion by browsing public directories, design communities, and search engines. Each site is selected based on our internal standards for design quality. Not every site we encounter is added — inclusion is a deliberate, human decision.

Once a website is selected, we index its internal pages across the full site map — not just the homepage. This is how we cover 60+ distinct page types within a single site.

3. Content Independence

• Independently generated recordings: Every screenshot and video recording in our library is generated by visiting the original source website directly. We do not copy or reproduce screenshots from other design galleries or third-party sources. AI is used to classify and tag content; these classifications are original to Inspiration Index and do not reflect the scoring or categorization systems of any third-party platform.

• No commercial affiliation: Inclusion in Inspiration Index is not sponsored, paid for, or influenced by the featured website or its owners.

4. Intellectual Property & Attribution

• Direct attribution: Every entry in the library includes a clear, direct link to the original source website.

• No ownership claim: We do not claim ownership of any design, visual work, or intellectual property belonging to featured websites. All rights remain with the respective owners and creators.

5. Submit Your Work

If you would like to suggest a website for inclusion in the library, email us at submissions@notify.inspirationindex.app. Submissions are reviewed at our discretion and inclusion is not guaranteed.

6. Removal or Correction Requests

If you are the owner or creator of a website featured in our library and wish to have it removed or corrected, contact us at privacy@legal.inspirationindex.app. Please include the URL of the site in question and a brief description of your request. We will process all verified requests within 10 business days.
